Snowfall on the Wasatch Mountains
On a visit to Utah to see family, a sledding trip and a suddent snowstorm caught my eye
I was born and raised in northern Utah and saw plenty of snow growing up. I never got over the beauty of the freshly snow-covered landscape, blanking out the world, literally quieting the whole world. The way the landscape jumps out makes the beauty even more captivating. On a visit back home, I took most of these photos during a snowstorm that came in, blanketing the area in fresh powder. I couldn't help get nostalgic and got some photos that embrace the look of the landscape. The first in the gallery was taken during a sledding trip to the Ogden valley that gave us a lot of fun memories and some stunning views on a very clear day.
